With a private label, you put your brand on a product that a manufacturer has already formulated and manufactured. This means that the manufacturer usually has ownership of the product’s intellectual property but because the formula is already created it can be overall cheaper. With custom contract manufacturing you have complete control over the formula, label, brand, packaging, and manufacturing process. An NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is a contract. We use a mutual NDA. An NDA generally requires companies to not share the other parties confidential information learned during discussions and communications shared between the parties involved that are contemplating a business relationship. Breach of an NDA can justify litigation and an award of damages from a court of competent jurisdiction for failing to comply with the terms of the NDA.

Yes, before we can start the process of creating your product we need to receive the payment terms we have agreed upon.

Once we’ve settled on the terms of the agreement we will send you an invoice that includes all the payment details.

Full payment is due before R&D or production commences. For larger production orders, payment terms may be arranged.

Yes, Supplying your own formula is an option, however, we have an R&D team that will build your formula from scratch that you will own once the R&D process is complete and the requirements outlined in our Terms and Conditions are met.

You get up to five revisions to perfect your formula so that you are completely satisfied.

Store it in our internal system for record retention and manufacturing instructions. It is password protected and only accessible by approved individuals of our organization.

Nope. You’ll receive a proprietary, unique formula after R&D that is yours to keep. While most people choose to manufacture with us because of our low minimums and high standard certifications, you are able to take your formula anywhere with the knowledge that we won’t produce it.

We currently do not manufacture aerosol, bags, colors, traditional makeup, powders, sheet masks, bar soaps, or active ingredients.

Minimum Order Quantity or MOQ is used in the manufacturing industry to state the ‘minimum quantity of a product to be ordered in order for a manufacturer to produce a client’s product. We pride ourselves on our low order minimum quantity, (MOQ). Check out our  Manufacturing Page to learn more!

Dynamic Blending currently does not formulate or manufacture pigmented makeup products (e.g mascara, molded lipstick, eye-shadow, highlighter, foundation, etc.) but we do manufacture skin care products like acne cream, wrinkle cream, hand and body lotions, moisturizers, toners, gels, face masks and more! Fulfillment is a term used to describe the service of warehousing/storing your products. A fulfillment center is a company that offers services to fulfill product orders and ships them.
